Directions to the Celery Farm

If you are using a navigation app, the nominal street address for the parking area is 500 Franklin Tpke, Allendale, NJ -- or just put in "Celery Farm, Allendale, NJ" to get directions. For reference, see the maps at the bottom of this page.

If the lot is full, or if you wish to explore the north end of the Celery Farm, there is an alternate entrance with on-street parking a short distance away in the turn around area at 150 Green Way, Allendale, NJ. This is a residential street, so please drive and park considerately. Please do not block the large gates leading into the Celery Farm.

Here are the directions if you are not using a navigation app: the main access to the Celery Farm is from a small parking lot on the east side of Franklin Turnpike, Allendale, New Jersey. From Route 17 north or southbound, take the Allendale Ave. exit, heading west towards Allendale. After 0.8 miles, turn right on Cottage Place. At the end of Cottage Place, turn right at the stop sign onto Franklin Turnpike. The parking lot is about one hundred yards on the right.

To go from there to the Green Way entrance, continue north on Franklin Turnpike to the second street on the right, before the traffic light, marked Green Way. Proceed to the end and park in the turn-around area.
